Our business

Your role:

  • Start from scratch and set up the Regulation Management System following the Corporate Standards
  • Fulfill the tasks of the role as a Regulation Coordinator for Chemicals & Materials
  • Communicate and raise awareness to follow the provisions of the Regulation Management & OMVs digital regulation platform
  • Act as Regulation Coordinator (formal checks, alignment with interfaces, uploads and approval workflows of regulations, 1st level support for employees within Chemicals & Materials)
  • Train new employees on the Regulation Management System & OMVs digital regulation platform
  • Prepare basic infos and presentations for the monthly Q&A sessions for the groupwide digital regulation platform community
  • Support the Regulation Officer on improvement projects for OMVs digital regulation platform (e.g., digitalization)
  • Identify and select improvement potential for the Regulation Management System & digital regulation platform based on the feedback of end users and communicate to the Regulation Officer of Chemicals & Materials

Your profile:

  • University Degree Master in Business or Quality Management or similar
  • Minimum of 35 years relevant experience in Regulation or Quality Management
  • Certified Quality Manager of advantage
  • Experience with corporate regulation and process management
  • Good knowledge of Chemicals&Materials business is beneficial
  • Ability to understand and oversee new topics quickly
  • Strong communication skills and team player
  • Solutionfocused acting and handson mentality
  • High IT affinity
  • Very good command German and English
