Sales Order Coordinator

Responsibilities
In this role, you will support our Supply Chain Management Team with various sales-order related tasks:

  • Processing sales orders within the Valneva ERP system efficiently and accurately for intercompany/commercial products
  • Scheduling the sales orders according to the given due dates
  • Making outgoing calls/meetings to Valneva entities to resolve any issues or for clarification of information relating to their orders
  • Ensure that the master data relating to sales order creation is updated with customer information, including address changes, pricing, tax codes
  • Ensure that all transactions are SOXcompliant
  • Inventory/sales reconciliation with 3PLs (according to internal control proceedings)

Requirements:

  • High School Degree with administrative/financial background (commercial apprenticeship, HAK/HAK-Kolleg,...)
  • Previous experience (13 years) with administrative duties in a customer service environment
  • Commercial handling of sales orders
  • Profound and advanced MS office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint and MS office), AX2012 as a nicetohave
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Business fluent in English and German (French is a plus)
  • Communicative, loyal and handson personality
