Discover the Role:

Join our team in Vienna where over 20 different products are visually inspected and packaged for global needs. The Quality Assurance Finishing department is responsible for ensuring compliance with specified quality standards in the area. In this position, you will be part of a team of 20 members, responsible for checking packaged goods and sampling unlabeled products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and assurance of GMP measures and guidelines in close collaboration with production
  • Verification of packaged goods against specified requirements including country-specific stamp regulations
  • Review of production documentation of product batches for completeness according to current requirements
  • Contribution to improvements in GMP standards and review of process steps
  • Sampling of visually inspected retail products
  • Implementation of continuous improvement within the department and facility

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed education in natural sciences or technology
  • Experience in quality management and GMP advantageous
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and interpretation as well as technical understanding
  • Good German/English language skills in speech and writing as well as good IT skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize
  • Assertiveness, empathetic personality, and good communication skills
  • Time flexibility - working hours in an attractive shift model from Monday to Friday

What We Offer:

For this important and responsible position, the minimum salary is €3,307.50 gross/month (full-time). The actual salary package depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
