Junior Product and Operation Manager – AV Betting

Job Description

One of the key drivers of our success is our video streaming content and services provided to 200+ betting and media companies worldwide, delivering a vast array of LIVE sports events. Joining Sportradar's Audiovisual (AV) team, which focuses on delivering video and streaming solutions, your role will play a crucial part in maintaining this upward trajectory.

As a Product & Operation Manager for AV Betting, you will lead the product management efforts for a specific AV product in collaboration with the head of products. Additionally, you will work closely with the AV Tribe Lead, offering support on various operational tasks such as coordinating meetings and preparing essential strategic initiatives.

THE CHALLENGE:

  • Product Management:
    Engage proactively with the assigned AV product, overseeing product planning, steering, and cross-functional collaboration with teams like engineering, design, sales, and marketing. Define the product's vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs beyond 2024.
  • Operational Support: Assist the AV Tribe Lead with operational tasks to ensure seamless operations within the AV team.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Demonstrated experience in product management, ideally 1-2 years
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams
  • Excellent project management abilities, handling multiple operational tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus
  • Capability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting

The minimum monthly salary for this role corresponds to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, with the possibility of higher compensation based on qualifications and experience.
