Audiovisual (AV) tribe - the product organisation that is delivering video & streaming within Sportradar - your contribution will ensure the continuation of this trajectory.


THE ROLE


As
Head of Product - Betting Streaming (M/F/d) you are responsible for driving Sportradar's betting streaming products and defining the product business requirements especially but not limited to the Live Channel Online, Live Channel Retail, Live Channel Promotion and EmBET.


This role includes being part of the Tribe Leadership team, reporting to the Tribe Lead (TL) as well as working alongside other Product Leads and the Tribe Technical Owner (TTO) and with a team of 80+ product managers and engineers across 7 locations in Europe and US.


THE CHALLENGE

  • You keep the focus on the suite of Audiovisual products & services for betting operators to further enlarge our footprint in this segment.

This is especially targeting the following products:

  • Live Channel Online and it's variations (AS, HQ )
  • Live Channel Retail: our streaming product for retail shops
  • Live Channel Trading: our streaming product specifically for traders
  • Live Channel Promotion: our shortform content video product.
  • Em

BET:
our engagement overlay product which sits in between the intersection of betting and media

  • You lead and mentor a team of several product managers directly and indirectly with your expertise and experience, by providing a clear mission and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • You foster internal alignment and relationships with other key products and units within Sportradar at the intersection of product and sales.

This is especially targeting the following products:

  • Managed Betting Services (MTS + Platform) as well as Platform Partners in general
  • Live Odds / Live Data
  • Virtuals
- ad:s Marketing Services

  • You are actively contributing to plans regarding new product development for betting, both organically from within the organization as well as inorganically through M&A.
Organic

New Product Development:

Identification, definition and execution of new products, features & services for betting operators based on our video rights & content portfolio.


  • Inorganic

New Product Development:
Support on due diligence processes (evaluation stage) as well as integration processes (implementation stage).

  • Having an eye on operational efficiency, you are driving the development and implementation of KPIs that lead to improvement of internal and external processes within AV.
  • Creation of further operational efficiencies through product development (content management, booking calendar, ) in close collaboration with other tribe product leads.
  • Creation of joint success KPIs for AV business in collaboration with other SR units (LO/LD, MBS, ad:s, )
  • Lastly, the role also includes to contribute to the wider Sports Entertainment strategy and execution.

YOUR PROFILE

Required:

  • Professional experience in a product management position and a proven track record as a leader within the betting industry
  • Previous experience in the Gaming and Gambling Industry
  • Strong multiproject management skills and Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Clear sense of ownership and accountability, excellent communication skills with team, peers, and stakeholders alike, as well as having a strong bias for action
  • Handson people management experience and effective leadership and communication skills to manage and collaborate with crossfunctional teams and IT professionals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and influence others to ensure a collaborative, best practice environment.
  • You like working in a dynamic environment in a global role, together with highly motivated and resultoriented people all around the world.
  • You are able to pitch our value proposition together with our sales experts in the sales process in front of clients. That can be through participation in client meetings/pitches or through the preparation of effective sales stories.
