What would be your major responsibilities?

  • Accountable for the customer lifecycle in Digital Wallets, ensuring an outstanding digital customer support with selfservice tools & automation of processes
  • Strategic planning & management of the Voice of Customer (VOC) product portfolio
  • Definition of the VOC vision, objectives/KPIs & roadmap; ensuring alignment with the overall Consumer Product strategy
  • Ongoing monitoring & reporting of KPIs and benefits calculations (revenue / cost saving), to ensure successful execution of VOC objectives
  • Provide hands on leadership & direction to a Product team along with Tech & Design resources, empowering them to provide valuable & viable solutions
  • Work with Product leaders to remove roadblocks
  • High level of collaboration with crossfunctional business units such as Operations, Automation, Risk & Compliance
  • Evaluate growth options, assess new opportunities, and identify bottlenecks
  • Lead discussions with Insights and Analytics in product discovery, to ensure the team are making informed & beneficial decisions
  • Ongoing monitoring of results and product turnover
  • Content management and interaction with Product Marketing
  • Analysis of current trends and market developments in the epayment market
  • Evaluation of potential impact of new features and KPIs

Is this you?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (FH/Uni), preferably in Business Administration, business information systems or equivalent education
  • 5+ years' professional experience in product management as well as in the financial services, epayment, online, new media industry
  • Leadership experience across multiple sites and in an international environment
  • Innovative way of thinking with high implementation competence as well as a good technical understanding
  • Excellent creative, analytical and communicative skills
  • Experience with agile development methods (e.g. Scrum) is desirable
  • Very good MS Office knowledge required
  • Strong customer orientation, personal initiative and highquality awareness
  • Proactive attitude, selfmotivation
  • Excellent negotiation and networking skills
  • Targetdriven and resultsoriented
  • Handson and international mindset
  • Thinking out of the box and ability to see underlying "big picture"
  • Highlevel motivational skills for the management of virtual teams
  • Relevant experience within
    online payment industry is an advantage
  • Personal interest in
    Gaming / Gambling / Online Entertainment is appreciated
