**Head of Non Product-Related Purchasing (m/w/d)**:

**Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasst**:

- Ermitteln des kurz
- und mittelfristigen NPR-Beschaffungsbedarfs sowie Beschaffung sämtlicher NPR-Güter und Dienstleistungen
- Auswahl und Evaluierung von Lieferanten
- Buy und Lease-Entscheidungen sowie Versicherungsmanagement
- Planung und Vergabe von Dienstleistungen sowie Verwaltung und Überwachung der Lieferantenleistung
- Unterstützung der laufenden Betriebsabläufe bei gleichzeitiger Verwaltung der strategischen Projekte für den NPR-Einkauf
- Verantwortung für die Planung und Einhaltung des Einkaufsbudgets
- Führung von Einkäufer*innen und Facility Mitarbeiter*innen sowie der Teams von externen Dienstleistern

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, HTL, FH, Uni)
- Zirka 3 Jahre einschlägige Erfahrung im Einkauf in der Industrie bzw. in produzierenden Unternehmen
- Einschlägige und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der NPR-Beschaffung
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit der Führung von Mitarbeiter*innen
- Fundierte MS-Office Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit einem ERP System
- Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie treten selbstbewusst auf, arbeiten strukturiert und eigenständig
- Proaktivität und Stressresistenz zeichnen sie aus
- Ganzheitliches, wirtschaftliches und unternehmerisches Denken setzen wir voraus
