Responsibilities:

  • Prepare contracts and SAP PO's for indirect materials, including market research, supplier selection, negotiation, documentation, and simple contract creation.
  • Ensure highquality purchase requisitions in collaboration with various departments in Vienna.
  • Act as a liaison between service providers and internal customers.
  • Participate in the testing and implementation of procurement processes.
  • Provide advice on process flows, internal rules, and standards.

Requirements:

2-3 years of relevant professional experience and understanding of commercial and procurement processes and topics.

  • Proficiency in relevant IT systems such as SAP MM and MS Office.
  • Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of additional languages, especially Eastern, is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and implementation skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.

Location:
Join us at our brand-new head office (QBC) at the central railway station (Hauptbahnhof).

Gross monthly salary:
Starting from EUR 4,500 (full-time) - higher rates dependent on professional qualifications and experience.
