Key Responsibilities- Manage the initial phase of the recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for hiring managers and candidates.
- Act as a first point of contact for all employee and manager queries, providing reliable and timely support via various channels.
- Consult and coach managers and staff on employee relations topics, ensuring compliance with Austrian Labor Law.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and candidate data in SuccessFactors and local HR systems, adhering to global HR guidelines.
- Provide technical support to employees on HR systems and manage the internal payroll structure and administration.
- Lead the local implementation of Allianz Group HR projects, ensuring successful outcomes and timely completion.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly and yearly HR reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a global business environment.
- University degree in business administration, human resources, law, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Austrian labor law and other relevant legislations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient IT skills, including MS Office, SAP HR, and SuccessFactors.
- High-level proficiency in German and English.
