About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Takeda. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with leadership teams and stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including talent development, organizational design, and change management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve organizational goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR to ensure our organization remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • University degree in economics, law, or a related field, with a focus on human resources or a related area.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in a global company.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, personnel management, and Austrian labor law.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes.
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
