Wir suchen einen erfahrenen HR-Business-Partner, der unsere ASCO Engineering-Teams bei der Implementierung von HR-Prozessen unterstützt.

Aufgaben
  • Beratung und Betreuung von Führungskräften in operativen HR-Fragen
  • Betreuung von HR-spezifischen Projekten
  • Erstellung und Dokumentation von HR-Prozessen
  • Reporting von HR-spezifischen Kennzahlen
  • Schnittstelle zur Lohnverrechnung
  • Verantwortung für die Personalplanung in Abstimmung mit dem Head of HR
  • Stellvertretung Head of HR
Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium (Uni/FH) mit Schwerpunkt HR-Management
  • Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Prozessdenken und eigeninitiatives Arbeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Sehr gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englisch-Kenntnisse
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft (Österreich)
  • Führerscheinklasse B

Ab EUR 4.000,00 brutto / Monat (auf Vollzeitbasis). Es besteht die ausdrückliche Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und beruflicher Erfahrung
