Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

Als HR-Business Partner (m/w/d) bei SPIE Austria GmbH übernehmen Sie eine Schlüsselfunktion in der Unternehmensführung. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Beratung und Betreuung von Führungskräften in den organisatorischen Einheiten in operativen HR-Fragen
  • Betreuung von HR-spezifischen Projekten
  • Erstellung und Dokumentation von HR-Prozessen
  • Reporting von HR-spezifischen Kennzahlen
  • Schnittstelle zur Lohnverrechnung
  • Verantwortung für die Personalplanung in Abstimmung mit dem Head of HR
  • Stellvertretung Head of HR
Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen

Wir suchen nach einem engagierten und erfahrenen HR-Experten, der folgende Qualifikationen mitbringt:

  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches Studium (Uni/FH) mit Schwerpunkt HR-Management
  • Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Prozessdenken
  • Eigeninitiativen Arbeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Sehr gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englisch-Kenntnisse
  • Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft (Österreich)
  • Führerscheinklasse B
