Job Summary

The HR Business Partner role at Allianz Holding Eins is a key position that requires a strong understanding of HR operations and strategic development. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Regional Head of HR to provide expert advice and support to employees, managers, and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the initial phase of the recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all stakeholders.
  • Act as a first point of contact for candidate, employee, and manager queries, providing reliable and timely support.
  • Consult and coach managers and staff on employee relations topics, ensuring compliance with Austrian Labor Law.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and candidate data in SuccessFactors and local HR systems, adhering to global HR guidelines.
  • Provide technical support to employees on HR systems and manage the internal payroll structure and administration.
  • Lead the local implementation of Allianz Group HR projects, ensuring successful outcomes and timely completion.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly and yearly HR reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in HR, preferably in a global business environment.
  • University degree in business administration, human resources, law, or related studies.
  • Strong knowledge of Austrian labor law and other related legislations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient IT skills, including MS Office, SAP HR, and SuccessFactors.
  • High language proficiency in German and English.
