What you will be doing:

  • You conduct indepth research, including user interviews, surveys, and market analysis, to gain insights into user behavior, pain points, and preferences
  • You develop and maintain design frameworks, tools, and guidelines that enable seamless integration of human design and service design into the organization
  • You create customer journey maps, service blueprints, and other visual representations to illustrate the endtoend user experience and identify touchpoints for intervention
  • Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and brainstorming sessions to ideate and cocreate innovative solutions
  • Prototype and iterate on design concepts, leveraging both digital and physical mediums, to test and validate ideas with users
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to inform design iterations and improvements
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and integration of designdriven solutions across the organization
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in service design and humancentered design

What you need to be successful in the role:

  • 3-5 years experince in service design, UX design, or similar roles
  • Experience with facilitating workshops, design sprints, and other collaborative design sessions
  • Expert knowledge in using design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.) to create compelling visual representations and prototypes
  • Strong understanding of humancentered design principles, design thinking methodologies, and service design frameworks
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to effectively articulate design concepts and strategies to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • Native German & English skills ‍

Salary:


We are legally obliged to state the minimum salary according to the collective agreement, which is EUR 40.114,90 for this position.

However we offer a competive base salary according to a career scheme that takes your qualifications, experience and personal commitment into account.
