Business/Solution Analyst

Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing new data requirements and adjusting or creating data catalogs and specifications for Data Quality checks.
  • Assisting in resolving operational incidents.
  • Collaborating with Risk Business Users throughout the Erste Group on projects related to technical and regulatory requirements.
  • Participating in the maintenance and improvement of reports.
  • Conducting data analysis using SQL skills.
Requirements:
  • An analytical mindset with experience in requirement gathering within a financial context.
  • Knowledge of Data Management/Modeling.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries and understanding data models.
  • Previous exposure to a product-oriented environment and familiarity with version control tools.
  • Passion for collaboration, continuous learning, responsibility, and respect for others.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of work experience.
