Für unser aktuelles Projekt in **Wien **suchen wir nach einem **Head of Development (m/w/d)**.
- Wien- Vertrieb / Business Management**Tätigkeiten**:

- Leitung und strategische Ausrichtung der Entwicklungsabteilung
- Planung, Koordination und Überwachung aller Entwicklungsprojekte und -aktivitäten
- Identifizierung neuer Technologietrends und -chancen
- Aufbau und Führung des Entwicklungsteams
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Prozessoptimierung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, insbesondere Produktmanagement
- Verantwortung für das Budgetmanagement der Entwicklungsabteilung und die Ressourcenallokation

**Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Hochschulniveau)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung - idealerweise in einer Führungsposition
- Unternehmerisches Denken
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Führungsfähigkeiten sowie Teamorientierung
- Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
