Pricing Analyst

Placement of competitive prices and management of the shipping capacity with the goal to achieve an optimal occupancy rate. Responsible for Partner-Pricing over all (group pricing, PROMOAGTS, etc).

  • University or comparable degree in tourism or business administration;
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Revenue Management of a touristic company or an airline;
  • Fluent written and spoken skills in both English and German;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
  • Strong analytical thinking and numeric skills;
  • High resilience, flexibility and selfinitiative;
  • Intercultural competency and ability to work in teams.
  • Analyses and controls sales, revenue and occupational figures of the cruise ships. Monitors and analyses constantly the competition as well.
  • Monitors the budget and elaborates price for group Keyaccounts and partner during the year accordingly;
  • Establishes, updates and analyzes standard or ad hoc reports for Managing Directors and Sales Management;
  • Prepares Budget & forecast proposal;
  • Ongoingly monitors the competition.

As a result, MSC Cruises' fleet will double by 2026, while the passenger capacity will triple to reach five million passengers per year.

MSC Cruises is the first cruise company to develop an investment plan of this length and magnitude.
