Solver Productions GmbH is a concert and tour production company based in Switzerland. We cater our services to concert promoters as well as touring artists and their managements.

Forour dedicated travel management service, we are looking for a

Travel Manager - full time (all genders)

Fully remote - with occasional team events in Switzerland

qualifications
- travel agent or travel management experience with a focus on flight and hotel bookings
- experience with GDS is a decisive plus (we currently use Amadeus & Farelogix)
- fluent in English both in speaking and writing. More languages (German, French) are a plus.
- flair for the entertainment business
- proven digital (written) communication skills (we use Slack)

qualities:

- high degree of workplace independence. This is a remote position.
- an ability to understand and assess the needs of our clients and the necessary amount of creativity, focus and endurance to find the best possible solution.
- consequence in solution oriented attitude and positive communication (we have the solutions in our name, after all)
- an ability in working in an economical and holistic manner
- willingness and ability to work at odd hours at times (in case of client emergencies)

The
job:
Our clients are highly dynamic actors in the live industry sector. In our travel management section, we book travel and accomodation for touring bands and their crews.

We book tickets on all continents and in all cabins, so a large amount of personal intercontinental travel experience might help you.

As a part of our travel management section, you would be in direct touch with our clients, mostly managers and agents of bands.

They might have 13 band and crew members from six different airports, who all need to land at pretty much the same time at their destination.

Next week.

Their requirements regarding odd-size luggage and amount of luggage will not only put the airlines at a test, but also yourself.

Yet they rely on us to deliver them the best possible solution, taking all kinds of factors into account, and for us to deliver them a seamless booking experience.
