Could you be the full-time Non-Conformity Cell Quality Technician (f/m/d) in Vienna we're looking for?

Your Future Role

From Vienna to the world: our Viennese site is a global competence center for trams and light rail vehicles. 800 colleagues develop and manufacture the FlexityTM tram for worldwide customers from Austria to Australia. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You'll report to WRBA Bianca, Site Supply Chain Director and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

We'll look for you to :

Handle non-compliant materials during production and ensure adherence to quality control standards Accurately process data using AOS and GSI for defect reporting and resolution Execute block posting and initiate replacement deliveries, as well as create purchase requisitions for repair materials or replacement purchase orders Monitor and control repair activities, participate in root cause analysis, and initiate corrective measures Conduct inventory monitoring of blocked stock and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
