Divisional Quality Manager (m/f/d)

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in the fight against climate change? You can as a Divisional Quality Manager to lead Project Quality Assurance within our Green Hydrogen, Renewable Fuels, and Power-2X Division.

Your Role

  • Develop and implement a QA/QC management system.
  • Ensure adherence to QA/QC processes and standards.
  • Support continuous process quality improvement.
  • Create quality assurance and control plans for components in Green Hydrogen, Renewable Fuel, and Power-2X plants.
  • Ensure real-time quality reporting and information flow.
  • Lead NCR, root cause analysis, and improvement processes.
  • Support projects during sales and execution phases.
  • Coordinate divisional QA/QC project backlog.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years in Quality Management.
  • Experience in EPC projects and international projects.
  • Expertise in QA/QC, contract, and Non-Conformity management.
  • Product knowledge in electrolyzers and petrochemical plants.
  • Health, Safety & Environmental qualification is a plus.
  • Certified auditor.
  • Excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Reliable, accurate, and independent.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
