As a member of an international team, you will play a vital role in facilitating and bolstering regular quality initiatives and driving improvement programs at an organizational level.


Your Tasks:

  • As a member of the TTTech Quality team, you will drive and support daily quality operations as well as improvements, particularly in the areas of supplier quality management and environmental protection
  • Drive supplier qualification from the quality perspective including coordination of TTTech Group activities
  • Support contractual negotiations with suppliers from a quality perspective
  • Plan, drive, monitor, perform and report supplier audits, aggregate findings and propose measures for supplier development, considering strategic aspects
  • Drive supplier evaluation at TTTech
  • Participate in further development of ISO 14001 compliant Management System

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in technical, process or quality management studies
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as Quality Manager
  • Experience in working in a dynamic technology R&D environment is preferred
  • Experience in assessments, audits & certifications
  • Profound knowledge of ISO 9001, knowledge of ISO 14001 and other environmental systems (REACH, RoHS, ISO 14064, ISO 50001 etc.) is a plus
  • Good analytical skills, ability to consider details as well as the big picture
  • Proactive, flexible, selforganized and committed team player with a strong Quality spirit, solutionoriented and openminded personality
  • Very good command of English, command of German would be a plus
