We at Revo Foods believe in a world where we can produce fish and meat without polluting the environment or exploiting animals.

How we do it? By using 3D Food Printing of plant-based meats. With this technology, we produce the "fish of tomorrow", without overfishing or bycatch of whales and dolpinhs. Sounds like the future? Yes, and we are making this future possible with your help.

What we are looking for:

  • Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance protocols for incoming raw materials, production processes, and finished products
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of production facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address qualityrelated issues and implement corrective actions promptly (engineering team if about the 3D printer or Foodtech team if concerning the recipe)
  • Together with the Head of Production, develop and conduct training programs to educate production staff on quality control procedures and best practices
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to track product quality, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints or inquiries related to product quality, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution
  • Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory developments in vegan food production and quality assurance and be our food law expert

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in food science, microbiology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Fluent in English and in German
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control roles within the food manufacturing industry, with a focus on plantbased or vegan food production
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, HACCP principles, and GMP standards Proven track record of developing and implementing quality management systems and procedures
  • Excellent communication, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
  • Certification in food safety (e.g., SQF, BRC, FSSC is highly desirable
  • You have technical knowledge and a great passion for process quality
  • You are very precise and the natural pursuit of a perfect product is in your nature
  • Knowledge of an ERP system is a plus

For the position we offer you a salary starting from €2800 gross per month. We take individual qualifications and experience into consideration.
