**(Junior) Product Manager (m/w/x)**:

- und Zertifizierungssoftware. Mit unseren Produkten stellen wir sicher, dass Bioprodukte wirklich bio und Lebensmittel sicher sind, Fischereien nachhaltig arbeiten und Gebäude nicht in Flammen aufgehen.

Ich suche nach Menschen, die sich mit Software Produkten im Bereich Audit und Zertifizierung, sowie mit internationalen Qualitätsstandards beschäftigen möchten. Wenn du Software für eine sehr interessante und auch krisensichere Branche zu managen liebst und viel Spaß daran hast, mit Menschen zu arbeiten, dann bist du die/der Richtige für uns - wir erweitern unser Team und suchen genau dich

Stellenbeschreibung
- Du übernimmst die Product Ownership und managst dabei die relevanten Entwicklungs-Backlogs
- Du erweiters und managst die Produkt Roadmap in Übereinstimmung mit den Produkt
- und Unternehmenszielen
- Zusammen mit Projektmanagern und Kunden wirst du Produkt Scope und Funktionalitäten definieren und dokumentieren
- Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört auch die Erhebung und Identifikation von Needs und Product Gaps sowie das Management von Anforderungen während der gesamten Produktweiterentwicklung

Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche/technische Ausbildung mit IT Schwerpunkt (u.a. Software Entwicklung/Engineering, Wirtschaftsinformatik)
- +3 Jahre Produkt Management Know-How im Software Umfeld (+1 Jahr für Junior) oder Erfahrung im Audit
- und Zertifizierungsbereich (z.B. AuditorIn, MitarbeiterIn einer Zertifizierungsstelle)
- Zertifizierung als Product Owner od. IREB CPRE Foundation Level wünschenswert
- Ausgezeichnete Englisch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamplayer mit sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise
- Stressresistent und motiviert, auch Eigeninitiative zu ergreifen
