Community Support Specialist

In this position, you would:
- Be responsible for various communication, support, and community tasks to strengthen our user base across all channels
- Tackle inquiries and reviews of our active and passionate community on a daily basis and answer all user contact personally within a narrow time frame to ensure a great customer experience
- Filter and document potential feature requests and keep track of all our users' wishes to extract impactful insights that influence the product development and strategy
- Create tickets for user issues and bug reports and work closely with our developers to solve edge cases together
- Keep the help center up to date and write great copy to describe product features of all platforms to answer all common questions of our users
- Challenge the status quo and come up with creative ideas of how we can further improve the product, community, and support for our users according to collected feedback
What you bring:
- Experience with digital communication, customer support, or community management
- Great written communication skills, a thorough approach, and willingness to search for solutions
- Someone who is a 'people person' at heart who will ensure to always put our users first
- Very good German and English skills, any additional foreign language skills are a big plus
- A passion for startups, software, cycling, or anything else that goes along well with Bikemap

- According to the collective agreement, our salary range starts at € 16,200.00 / year (20hrs./week). Your actual offer depends on your skillset and experience.
