Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für eine zentrale Contentmanagement- und Marketingsoftware (CMS, ggf. auch CDP und MA)
  • Fachliche Anforderungsabwicklung von Einholung, Analyse und Priorisierung bis hin zur Releaseplanung und Abnahme
  • Sicherstellung des Betriebs der Plattformen inklusive Incident Management und Einhaltung der SLAs
  • Schnittstelle zwischen den Plattformen und darauf aufbauenden Produkten/Customizings, wie dem Mieter innenportal, Microwebsites, Intranet
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Anforderungsworkshops mit Stakeholder innen
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Plattformen hinsichtlich Funktionalität, Benutzer innenfreundlichkeit, Interoperabilität, Performance und Qualität
  • Erstellung von User innen Stories und Dokumentation in Atlassian Confluence und Jira
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem UI/UX Design-Team bei Bedarf zur Erstellung von UI-Mockups (mit dem Tool Balsamiq oder Figma)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Software Architektur und Business Analyse sowie Abstimmung mit anderen Product Owner innen
  • Schulung von Endanwender innen

Profil
  • Abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche oder technische Hochschulausbildung
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement, Product Ownership oder Requirements Engineering sowie mit agilen Methoden
  • Starkes Interesse an Contentmanagement, Marketingautomation und Customer Data Analysis sowie den damit verbundenen Prozessen
  • Von Vorteil:
    • Berufserfahrung als Product Owner in einer komplexen Software in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareentwickler innen mit agilen Methoden
    • Versierter Umgang mit Contentmanagementsystemen
    • Know-how im Kommunikationsbereich oder Marketing
    • IT-Background bzw. IT-Affinität
