Industry Business Developer Life Sciences & Process Industry (w/m/d)
COPA-DATA CEE/ME - Standort Salzburg Hybride Arbeit


Aufgaben
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der Industrie Life Sciences im Speziellen und Prozessindustrie im Allgemeinen in Zentral- und Osteuropa sowie den Nahen Osten (>30 Länder)
  • Proaktive Neukundenakquise und der Ausbau bestehender Kund:innen in Abstimmung mit dem zuständigen Regionalvertrieb und der Marketingabteilung
  • Erste technische Beratung in der Pre-Sales-Phase, Qualifizierung von Lastenheften und Ausschreibungen (RFQs) zur Ausarbeitung von Konzepten und Angeboten
  • Wissensaufbau und -transfer innerhalb der Organisation zu branchenspezifischen Themen und Lösungen auf Basis der Softwareplattform zenon (Industrieexperte)

Profil
  • Abgeschlossene technische und/oder vertriebliche Ausbildung (HAK, HTL, Universität/FH, etc.)
  • Berufserfahrung im Handels- bzw. Vertriebsumfeld, idealerweise mit Technologiebezug im B2B
  • Erfahrungen mit Software, im Bereich Life Sciences & Pharma bzw. Prozessindustrie von Vorteil
  • Höchst überzeugende, freundliche und kommunikative Art sowie ausgeprägten Teamgeist
  • Ausgezeichnete Rhetorik-, Präsentations- und Verhandlungskompetenzen
  • Kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Genaue, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicheres Deutsch & Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft

Wir bieten

Für die Funktion ist die Einstufung nach dem Handel-Kollektivvertrag, Beschäftigungsgruppe C vorgesehen. Selbstverständlich bieten wir eine von Qualifikation und Ausbildung abhängige, marktübliche Überzahlung.
