Aufgaben

As aSenior Workplace Experience Specialist, you will support our hybrid 1st team with 600 colleagues (constantly growing) assigned to your office and work closely with the global Workplace Experience team.

This role does not require prior experience within the Technology industry, candidates with experience of Front Office/Desk, Office Management and/or Administration roles are encouraged to apply as well as candidates from customer facing industries.

  • Internal Event Organizationtailored to the needs of your office location in cooperation with the Global Event Management team.
  • Future way of work conceptby working oncontinuous improvement of our office space planning and being a true ambassador for the local Dynatrace hybrid community, nurturing work relationships and building social engagements.
  • Close cooperation with Finance teamon Travel Management tools and Expenses and preparatory invoicing.
  • Local Office Supportfor visitor management, workshop preparation, onsite Facility services quality assurance.
  • Purchasein close cooperation with our Procurement team.
  • Employee Benefitsensure alignment and improvement and competitiveness of our Employee Benefits and take care of the administration together with our People Operations Team
  • Support and advicethe team on everyday tasks.

  • Onboarding of new employeesTeam Onboarding presentation and an office tour - creating an outstanding first day experience for new team members

  • Eagerness forprocess improvementin close cooperation with a dynamic and innovative global People & Culture team for 600team members and our local site leaders.

Qualifications

Min. 5 years of experiencein Office Management or a similar position, preferably in a global company

  • Readiness and willingness to take over new responsibilities and improve processes for the better
  • Team Player attitude to contribute and drive projects with a get-things-done mentality.
  • Strongly developed sense for the business needs and goals
  • Talent for communication, prioritization, and general work organization
  • Integrative, empathic, and solution-driven way of thinking
  • FluentGerman and Englishskills are a must have

  • Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 50,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
