Aufgaben Aufgabenprofil und Zusammenfassung der Stelle

Unsere Passion im Information Management ist es, Dokument-Prozesse unserer Kunden digital neu zu denken. Wir verwirklichen komplexe Softwarelösungen zur Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen.

Als Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde und Technik verfügen Sie über die Fähigkeit, komplexe (Software-)Sachverhalte in eine kundenverständliche Sprache zu übersetzen - und umgekehrt. Wir wollen es unseren Kunden so einfach wie möglich machen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie begleiten unsere Kunden und unseren Vertrieb sowohl im Presales, als auch im Consulting/ Requirements Engineering sowie in der Projektumsetzung im Bereich Prozessdigitalisierung
  • Dabei analysieren Sie Kundenbedürfnisse und erarbeiteten Lösungskonzepte
  • Konfiguration, Integration sowie Customizing der Lösung in Zusammenarbeit mit Technik und Programmierung
  • Schulung der Kunden zum Umgang mit der Lösung

Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen
  • Erfahrung als IT-Berater, fundierte Kenntnisse im komplexen softwaregetriebenen Projektgeschäft
  • Solide Aus- & Weiterbildung in Informatik mit guten Kenntnissen im Bereich IT Infrastruktur & Business Software (v.a. ECM, DMS, Workflow & Automatisierung)
  • Begeisterung für Cloud-Technologien wie REST APIs, Scripting, Machine Learning oder Datenvisualisierung; Kenntnisse einer Programmiersprache von Vorteil
  • Eine strukturierte Herangehensweise und ein ausgeprägtes Prozessdenken zählen zu deinen Stärken
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse machen dich zu einem ausgezeichneten Kommunikator
  • Du bist neugierig und motiviert, Optimierungspotenziale auszuschöpfen und neue Wege mit uns und deinen Kunden zu gehen
