Job Title: Senior Technology Consultant and Business Strategist

About the Role:

As a Senior Technology Consultant and Business Strategist at SQUER Solutions München GmbH, you will play a key role in driving the development of software transformation projects. Your responsibilities will include product discovery, business analysis, and product ownership, ensuring optimal conditions for your development team to thrive. You will also be at the forefront of connecting our innovative concepts and solutions with new clients, shaping and executing business strategies for your Business Unit to drive growth and impactful results.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a role model and team leader, actively shaping SQUER Solutions München GmbH
• Ensure effective collaboration in cross-functional teams, between stakeholders, and with our customers
• Conceive, plan, and execute strategic sales and business development initiatives to drive sustainable and organic growth
• Participate in the entire development process and significantly contribute to finding and implementing the highest value solutions that maximize transformation progress
• Understand and discover customer needs, pain points, and desires to create solutions that truly resonate with them
• Understand the technical aspects of our solutions, enabling effective communication with engineers and informed technical decisions
• Manage existing business relationships and proactively build new sales funnels

Requirements:

• Experience in agile software development projects and a passion for supporting software teams in all their disciplines
• Several years of experience in a comparable business development position, such as consulting, project management, or (pre-)sales
• Strong communication skills, experience in stakeholder management, and client relation management
• Analytical thinking and strong solution orientation
• Knowledge of Lean and Agile Frameworks and deep knowledge in Requirements Engineering or Product Discovery
• Ability to quickly understand customer challenges and deduce the underlying needs
• Fluent communication in German and English
