Das Hotel "Gasthof Post" ist ein familiengeführtes, exklusives 5-Sterne-Haus in Lech am Arlberg. Unsere Gäste genießen bei uns Hauben prämierte Küche (Halbpension oder à la carte) im Panorama Restaurant oder auf der Sonnenterrasse.

Aufgaben

Das erwarten wir von dir:

  • Produktion aller Speisen und Beilagen unter Anleitung des Chef de Partie für Menüs, Buffets, à-la-carte und Sonderveranstaltungen
  • Einhaltung und Umsetzung der HACCP Vorgaben
  • Korrekter Umgang mit den zur Verfügung gestellten Arbeitsmitteln und Produkten
  • Kenntnisse des Speiseangebots und deren Zubereitungsart
