As our Business Development Director, you'll support HID's success by:Meeting or exceedingly quarterly and annual revenue targetsDeveloping and executing a strong strategy for a comprehensive regional business planAnalyzing and identifying market trends to enable a continually growing robust sales pipelineSuccessfully managing all aspects of sales process as well as building/presenting reports to sales managementTeam with and manage territory HID channel partnersWorking closely with pre-sales & post sales teams to provide recommendations for improvement through informed and analyzed dataMaintaining an updated and accurate forecast in CRM )
What we will love about your background: 3-5 years exceeding sales quota as a Business Development Director selling software for a vendor in the Identity Access & Management, Cybersecurity, Physical Security, or Enterprise Software space.
BS/BA degree or equivalent plus relevant work experiencePossess a track record of developing a greenfield territory, adding new logos in an Enterprise Software role as well as analyzing and adapting to regional market trendsExceptional interpersonal communication skills specific to field sales presentations and software demonstrationsSelf-motivated with superb organizational skills, including reporting/pipeline management/product inputs through informed data inputs from customers and prospectsExtensive network of customers and advocates in marketYour Experience and Education include: BS/BA degree or equivalent education plus relevant industry work experienceMinimum of 3 years' experience in Enterprise Software/Identity Access Management/Physical Security Industry Ability to effectively communicate in the German and English language, both verbally and in writingAbility to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Proficient with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
Proficient with CRM software such as Salesforce.
