Arbeitsort: Rheintal, Ostschweiz

Arbeitsmodell: Vorort + Home Office

Arbeitspensum: 100%

Homeoffice:

  • Für Personen wohnhaft in einem EU-Land: 1 Tag pro Woche (Sozialversicherungsrechtliche Gründe)
  • Für Personen mit Wohnsitz in der Schweiz mindestens 2 Tage pro Woche
Aufgaben
  • Definition und Umsetzung qualitätsrelevanter Anforderungen: Sie sind verantwortlich für die Festlegung und Implementierung aller qualitätsbezogenen Anforderungen für neue und bestehende Produkte sowie Prozesse.
  • Qualitäts- und Projektmanagement: Sie stellen sicher, dass Kundenanforderungen in detaillierte Qualitätspläne übertragen werden und überwachen die Einhaltung dieser Pläne, einschließlich Prüfvorgaben, Erstmusterprüfungen, Rückverfolgbarkeit und Qualitätsdokumentation.
  • Kundenreklamationen und Änderungsmanagement: Sie koordinieren und bearbeiten Kundenreklamationen und steuern die Bearbeitung von Änderungsanträgen, um eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten.
  • Durchführung von Design- und Prozess-FMEA: Sie leiten die Durchführung der Design-FMEA und unterstützen bei der Prozess-FMEA, um potenzielle Fehlerquellen frühzeitig zu identifizieren und zu minimieren.
  • Audits und kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung: Sie führen interne und externe Audits durch und treiben die Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Qualitätsprozesse voran.
Qualifikation
  • Qualifikationen im Qualitätsmanagement: Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement oder Studium, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine technische Grundausbildung.
  • Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung: Sie haben mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, insbesondere im Umgang mit Kundenreklamationen und in der Qualitätsvorausplanung, mit sich.
  • Erfahrung mit Qualitätsmethoden: Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit verschiedenen Qualitätswerkzeugen wie FMEA, Ishikawa, 6Sigma und weiteren.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
