Unser Auftraggeber zählt zu den bekanntesten und größten Interessensvertretungen Österreichs und ist seit vielen Jahren mit einem eigenen Büro in Brüssel vertreten. Aktuell ist eine Erweiterung der Büro- & Veranstaltungsflächen in Umsetzung. Für den operativen Betrieb dieses vergrößerten Standortes im Herzen der EU-Hauptstadt suchen wir Sie, eine/n charismatische/n, vernetzte/n und proaktive/n Geschäftsführer:in.


Aufgaben

Sie führen und managen diese Topimmobilie mit großer Begeisterung und Engagement. Ihr vielfältiger Aufgabenbereich reicht vom Aufbau eines kleinen Teams an Mitarbeiter:innen über das aktive Managen von Kunden- & Stakeholderbeziehungen bis hin zur Steuerung des Facility Managements hinsichtlich Instandhaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Gebäudes. Mit Ihrer Kundenorientierung sorgen Sie gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team und externen Dienstleistern (wie Catering, Veranstaltungstechnik etc.) bei Meetings und Veranstaltungen für unvergessliche Momente mit österreichischer Gastfreundschaft und bestechendem Service. Bestehende Mieter betreuen Sie ebenso wie künftige Neumieter (für Kurz-& Langzeitbüros, serviced offices) und Kunden für die Veranstaltungsräumlichkeiten. Ergänzt wird Ihr Aufgabenbereich durch die Verantwortung für das kaufmännische Management des Unternehmens nach belgischem Recht sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden.


Profil

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene akademische Ausbildung und mindestens 5 Jahre fachrelevante Berufserfahrung (z.B. Event- und Hospitality Management, Immobilienmanagement, Networking im EUKontext). Weiters bringen Sie Verständnis für Interessensvertretungen im EU-Umfeld und in Österreich mit. Ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Know-how, ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch & Englisch sowie Französisch zählen ebenso zu Ihren Stärken wie Organisationsfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit. Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch hohe Serviceorientierung sowie Team- und Pioniergeist.
