As we embark on an aggressive growth plan, we are introducing the pivotal role of Group Chief Marketing Officer . The Group CMO will be instrumental in shaping our international marketing efforts. This role is about making smart, data-driven decisions to build our brand and increase our reach. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned digital marketer, capable of executing strategies across all channels and empowering our local markets to focus on delivering exceptional service and product assortment.

Your responsibilities

Lead and shape our international marketing strategy, focusing on data-driven, cost-effective solutions.

Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives and brand values.

Utilize extensive data to inform and optimize marketing strategies, driving innovation and efficiency.

Foster a marketing culture that is digital-first, agile, and responsive to market changes and consumer trends.

Collaborate closely with local market teams to ensure a consistent and superior customer experience.

Drive marketing efforts that support and amplify our service excellence and product diversity.

Manage marketing resources judiciously, aiming to build brand equity without relying on large budgets.

Your experience

Proven track record as a digital marketing leader in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Strong expertise in leveraging data analytics to drive marketing decisions and strategy.

Ability to lead marketing on an international scale, with a keen understanding of diverse market dynamics.

Innovative mindset, with a focus on creating impactful marketing strategies in a cost-effective manner.

Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with experience in guiding cross-functional teams.

Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
