**- Proven track record as a digital marketing leader in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.- Strong expertise in leveraging data analytics to drive marketing decisions and strategy.- Ability to lead marketing on an international scale, with a keen understanding of diverse market dynamics.- Innovative mindset, with a focus on creating impactful marketing strategies in a cost-effective manner.- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with experience in guiding cross-functional teams.- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.**
