Your Talent
  • Ensure that distributors support sales initiatives as relevant.
  • Lead and support distributors regarding the entire go-to-market process for each season (participation in meetings, ordering of samples ).
  • Provide advice on various sales and marketing strategies (including sponsorships and marketing cooperation).
  • Ensure that international cross-border accounts strategies are implemented in the relevant markets.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Retail to ensure optimal representation of PUMA and increase brand heat.
Your Mission
  • Develop deep understanding of local market environments, challenges and opportunities in 30+ countries.
  • Identify and realize individual growth levers for most important markets.
  • Define and revise sales targets for existing and new distributors according to the financial timeline.
  • Define and implement wholesale and retail strategies with partners in order to meet the defined targets.
  • Assess various options of the brand's distribution and recommend options.
  • Find appropriate distributors and negotiate and finalize contracts in order to meet targets.
