Your Talent
- Proven expertise in business process solution design and delivery within the fashion, retail, or consumer goods industry.
- Strong execution capabilities combined with an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach.
- Excellent knowledge of business processes and relevant technology in Wholesale & Retail, preferably Footwear and Apparel.
- Outstanding analytical and technical skills with focus on ERP systems and P2P processes, preferably SAP S/4.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional and international environments.
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in English; German is a plus.
- Embracing international exposure and willingness to travel.
Your Mission
- Collaborate with business partners to design and implement process and solution improvements with a focus on P2P processes for our Wholesale and Retail business.
- Lead the MM/PTP transformation from PUMA R/3 SAP to S/4 HANA Fashion.
- Participate in the cross-functional team driving our EEMEA S/4 HANA Fashion projects.
- Configure and customize the SAP MM module based on the needs of the business.
- Partner with tech teams to design, develop, and implement new functionality that will become part of our EEMEA S/4 Fashion template.
- Manage cross-functional and cross-department relationships and ensure communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Prioritize business requests jointly with our partners to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Own multiple change requests and initiatives for different projects and solutions in parallel.
- Seek and provide regular feedback to our business partners to continuously improve our working and delivery mode.
- Provide key user/end-user training for new functionalities of the S/4 HANA Fashion environment.
