Die Rail Cargo Austria AG sucht für den Head of Service Design eine:n umsetzungsstarke:n Assistent:in. Der Konzernbereich Service Design ist das zentrale Bindeglied zwischen Marktanforderungen und strategischer Planung von internationalen Verkehrsströmen. Gemeinsam mit einem Team von über 300 Mitarbeiter:innen aus über 15 Nationen werden international über 1000 Verkehrskonzepte pro Monat entwickelt, ein europaweiter Leistungseinkauf durchgeführt, strategisches Assetmanagement von 28.000 Güterwagen betrieben sowie die tiefgreifende digitale Transformation vorangetrieben.
Ihr Job
* In dieser Funktion unterstützen Sie den Head of Service Design bei der strategischen Steuerung sowie der Weiterentwicklung von Service Design.
* Dabei strukturieren Sie komplexe Themenstellungen für und gemeinsam mit dem Head of Service Design.
* Sie organisieren sowie moderieren internationale Meetings, arbeiten an (Teil-)Projekten mit und leiten diese auch teilweise selbst.
* Weiters sind Sie verantwortlich für die Erledigung von fachlichen Aufgabenstellungen sowie die Erstellung von Anträgen, Besprechungs- und Präsentationsunterlagen in deutscher und englischer Sprache in Zusammenarbeit mit den verantwortlichen Fachbereichen.
* Auf Managementniveau fordern Sie Expertise ein, arbeiten mit dem nationalen und internationalen Top-Management der RCG zusammen und bereiten Informationen für die Entscheidungsträger:innen auf.
* Als zentrale Schnittstelle sind Sie verantwortlich für eine breite Vielfalt an fachlichen Agenden des Head of Service Design mit sämtlichen Stakeholder:innen der Rail Cargo Group und der ÖBB.
Ihr Profil
* Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium und mindestens 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung bringen Sie mit.
* Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift können Sie vorweisen. Weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind vorteilhaft.
* Sie sind eine offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit, bringen interkulturelle Kompetenzen mit und zeichnen sich durch Ihre eigenständige Arbeitsweise aus.
* Sehr gute MS-Office und Social Media Kenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
* Ihre Arbeitsweise ist sehr strukturiert und priorisiert und Sie können flexibel mit stressigen Situationen umgehen.
* Loyalität, Vertrauenswürdigkeit und eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft bringen Sie in den Beruf ein.
* Sie haben Freude, mit interdisziplinären Teams zu arbeiten, bringen Offenheit und Interesse für andere Kulturen mit und agieren als Connector:in im internationalen Team.
* Sie sind bereit, beruflich zu reisen.
