Project manager – vehicle technology

This is what you can expect

– You will be responsible for project management for projects internal to the departments or across different departments in the area of vehicle technology (e.g. processes, CIP, lean management, ...)

– In addition, you will develop concepts on various department topics (e.g. organisation, machine strategy, long-term personnel planning) and present technical topics to the department heads

– You will independently familiarise yourself with special technical topics and the corresponding legal framework conditions (e.g. ArbSt-VO, AM-VO, MSV, AZG, ARG, ..) in order to ensure general

coordination of optimisation initiatives and legal compliance topics (e.g. EU conformity certification, CE labelling, etc.)

– As the link between the department head and the respective organisational units, you will be responsible to managing, coordinating and tracking topics and projects which span the different

department

– Your tasks will also include communicating and tracking resolutions as well as representing the interests of the department head in meeting, on committees, in working groups etc.

– You will perform ad-hoc tasks, keep minutes at various meetings and also perform technical processing tasks for the department head

This is what you will contribute

– You will have completed studies at a polytechnic or a technical degree and have already gained relevant professional experience

– You also have some experience with managing projects/ project teams with a focus on deadlines/costs/quality

– Project management training would be an advantage

– You have very good knowledge of MS Office and are an excellent communicator

– Your work always remains focused on solutions, you ensure that your work is always high-quality and you are good at handling changes

– You have a high service and customer focus and your entrepreneurial approach can help you perform this role
