Employee Safety Expert (w/m/d) - Wien

Was Dich bei uns erwarten wird:

* Verantwortung aller Employee Safety Themen in ganz Österreich mit direkter Berichtslinie an die Geschäftsleitung
* Planung und Durchführung von sicherheitsrelevanten Aktivitäten sowie Entwicklung und Optimierung der internen Sicherheitsprozesse
* Managen und Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung der Employee Safety KPIs
* Eigenständige Koordination interner personeller und finanzieller Ressourcen sowie dritter Parteien
* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen und konzerninternen Vorschriften, Prüffristen und dem Fortschritt von Korrekturmaßnahmen
* Erstellung und Pflege von internen Vorgaben, Standards und Regulativen sowie Schulungs- und Unterweisungsunterlagen
* Zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion für interne und externe Stakeholder bei Fragen zur Arbeitssicherheit, Zusammenarbeit mit dem Konzern und zuständigen Behörden
* Verantwortung hinsichtlich der Durchführung von Schulungen, Sicherheitsbegehungen und Audits im Bereich Employee Safety
* Leitung von regelmäßigen Safety Committee Sitzungen und Ausschüssen im Beisein der Geschäftsleitung

Des Weiteren verfügst Du über:

* eine abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche oder technische Ausbildung (Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau etc.)
* relevante Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
* Kenntnisse aus dem Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und/oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sicherheitsfachkraft
* eine genaue, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative
* gutes Zeitmanagement und analytisches Denkvermögen
* Kompetenz und die Souveränität zu überzeugen
* ausgezeichnete MS-Office-Kenntnisse, idealerweise gute SAP-Kenntnisse
* fließende Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)
* Reisebereitschaft (bis zu 20%)

Das Gehalt entspricht der jeweiligen Einstufung laut Kollektivvertrag für die metalltechnische Industrie und liegt bei mindestens EUR 4.269,07 brutto/Monat auf Vollzeitbasis. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine deutliche Überzahlung vorgesehen.
