Deine Aufgaben

* Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe im Managementbereich von DANKÜCHEN und zentrale Anlaufstelle für die interne und externe Kommunikation für unsere Geschäftsführung
* Leitung und Durchführung von abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten (speziell auch im Bereich der Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung) sowie Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei der Überwachung und Steuerung verschiedener Projekte
* Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung der Unternehmens- und Geschäftsstrategien
* Durchführung des gruppenweiten Reportings und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Prüfung von Business Reviews in enger Abstimmung mit der Finanzabteilung
* Erstellung von Berichten und Entscheidungsgrundlagen sowie von Präsentationen

Dein Profil

* Abschluss eines wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiums und ähnliche Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld
* Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, sich an unterschiedliche Zielgruppen anzupassen und mit ihnen in Kontakt zu treten
* Analytisches und strukturiertes Denken und die Fähigkeit, mit hoher Komplexität umzugehen, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
* Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools und MS Office
* Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, insbesondere als funktionsübergreifendes Bindeglied
* Aufgeschlossenheit, Flexibilität, Neugierde sowie Integrität und Zuverlässigkeit
* Ausgezeichnete englische und deutsche Sprachkenntnisse
