Unser Kunde ist ein international erfolgreiches und stark familienorientiertes Produktionsunternehmen der Lebensmittelindustrie im Großraum Melk.

Aktuell übernimmt der Geschäftsführer die Rolle des EHS-Spezialisten. Um ihn in seiner Rolle zu entlasten und das Unternehmen damit erfolgreich weiterentwickeln zu können, suchen wir einen Spezialisten (m/w/d) für Health, Safety & Environment.

Neben einer umfassenden Einschulung übernehmen Sie nach und nach den ausgesprochen spannenden Aufgabenbereich des EHS-Spezialisten. Sie sind in dieser Rolle eingeladen proaktiv ihre eigenen Ideen einzubringen und können dadurch das Unternehmen aktiv mitgestalten.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung relevanter EHS-Richtlinien in EHS-Verfahren
  • Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen inkl. Monitoring und Coaching
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsplatzevaluierungen, Unfall- und Risikoanalysen inkl. Reporting und Dokumentation
  • Verantwortung und Durchführung von sicherheits- und brandschutztechnischen Begehungen
  • Mithilfe zur Förderung von Sicherheits- und Umweltinitiativen
  • Erhebung, Analyse und Reporting der EHS-Daten inkl. Maßnahmenableitung
  • Durchführung der CSR-Aufgaben

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Lehre, Matura, Uni/FH) mit Schwerpunkt Lebensmitteltechnologie vorteilhaft
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sicherheitsfachkraft, Bereitschaft zur Ablegung des Brandschutzbeauftragten
  • Gutes Verständnis der einschlägigen Rechtsnormen
  • Kommunikations- und Umsetzungsstärke
  • Genaue, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, kommunikationsfähiges Englisch vorteilhaft
