Aufgrund der wachsenden Anforderungen an unsere Produkte und Prozesse sind wir auf der Suche nach einem aufgeschlossenen und engagierten Product Compliance Professional zur Unterstützung unserer globalen Quality Management Abteilung im Headquarter in Elsbethen (Salzburg).

In dieser Position erstellen Sie produktrelevante Dokumente & Zertifikate für Behörden, für unsere Länder- und Vertriebsorganisationen sowie unsere Rechtsabteilung. Sie tragen die Verantwortung dafür, dass Produktinformationen entsprechend aktuell und vollständig vorliegen und organisieren diese Nachweise in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern.

ERSTELLUNG UND VERWALTUNG VON PRODUKTRELEVANTEN DOKUMENTEN UND ZERTIFIKATEN

Du erstellst und verwaltest produktbezogene Dokumente und Zertifikate gemäß den Anforderungen interner und externer Stakeholder (z. B. Rechtsabteilung, Vertrieb, Behörden). Zudem koordinierst du die Aktualisierung und Pflege der internen Dokumenten- und Zertifikats-Datenbank in enger Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern.

ORGANISATION UND KOORDINATION VON ANALYSEAUFTRÄGEN, TESTS UND BERICHTEN

Du planst und überwachst Analyseaufträge für unsere Produkte, stellst eine detaillierte Prüfung der Ergebnisse sicher und erstellst aussagekräftige Auswertungen zur Unterstützung von Entscheidungsprozessen.

SICHERSTELLUNG DER EINHALTUNG VON COMPLIANCE-ANFORDERUNGEN

Du überwachst die Einhaltung nationaler und internationaler regulatorischer Anforderungen und Qualitätsstandards. Zudem unterstützt du bei der Identifikation und Implementierung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Compliance-Prozesse.

UNTERSTÜTZUNG BEI PRODUCT COMPLIANCE UND ZERTIFIZIERUNGEN

Du bearbeitest produktbezogene Anfragen von Kunden sowie internen Abteilungen im Bereich Product Compliance. Zudem unterstützt du bei der Koordination und Umsetzung von Zertifizierungen für Fertigprodukte, um höchste Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards zu gewährleisten.

EXPERTISE

Für die Rolle relevant

* Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Regulierung, Qualitätssicherung oder chemische Analytik, idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld.
* Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement ist von Vorteil.
* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office und eine hohe Affinität zu digitalen Tools.
* Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise.
* Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine lösungs- und serviceorientierte Denkweise.
* Teamplayer mit einer proaktiven und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise.
* Reisebereitschaft: 0-10 %
