**Aufgrund der wachsenden Anforderungen an unsere Produkte und Prozesse sind wir auf der Suche nach einem aufgeschlossenen und engagierten Product Compliance Professional zur Unterstützung unserer globalen Quality Management Abteilung im Headquarter in Elsbethen (Salzburg).**

In dieser Position erstellen Sie produktrelevante Dokumente & Zertifikate für Behörden, für unsere Länder
- und Vertriebsorganisationen sowie unsere Rechtsabteilung. Sie tragen die Verantwortung dafür, dass Produktinformationen entsprechend aktuell und vollständig vorliegen und organisieren diese Nachweise in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern.

**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**ERSTELLUNG UND VERWALTUNG PRODUKTRELEVANTER DOKUMENTE UND ZERTIFIKATE**
- Erstellung von Dokumenten und Zertifikaten basierend auf den Anforderungen unterschiedlicher Stakeholder (z.B. Rechtsabteilung, Vertrieb, Behörden).
- Verwaltung der internen Dokumenten
- und Zertifikats-Datenbank, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern.

**ORGANISATION UND KOORDINATION VON ANALYSEAUFTRÄGEN, TESTS UND BERICHTEN**

Prüfung der Ergebnisse und Erstellung von Auswertungen

**PRÜFUNG UND SICHERSTELLUNG DER EINHALTUNG VERSCHIEDENSTER COMPLIANCE ANFORDERUNGEN**

**UNTERSTÜTZUNG BEI DER BEARBEITUNG VON PRODUCT COMPLIANCE RELEVANTEN KUNDENANFRAGEN**

**UNTERSTÜTZUNG BEI FERTIGPRODUKTRELEVANTEN ZERTIFIZIERUNGEN**

**Qualifikationen**:
Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im regulativen, Qualitäts
- oder chemisch-analytischen Bereich, idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmensumfeld

Abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Lebensmittel-, Biotechnologie, Chemie, Pharma oder ähnliches) oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung

Sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse

Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement von Vorteil

Gute Microsoft Kenntnisse

Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten

Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, ergebnis
- und dienstleistungsorientiert, Teamplayer

**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich € 2.229,00 brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuelle.n Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
