Für den Standort in Wien werden für die Erweiterung des Teams Personen für den technischen Kundensupport (m/w/d) gesucht.

Ihre Aufgaben

Erster Ansprechpartner für (technische) Anfragen aller Art von Partnern und KundenAnnehmen und Bewerten einkommender Anrufe, Nachrichten und E-Mails: selbständige Lösung, Weiterleitung oder Erstellung eines TicketsKategorisieren, Priorisieren und Zuweisen der Tickets an die zuständigen Kollegen oder AbteilungenBereitstellen sämtlicher Formulare und DokumenteÜberprüfung und Pflege der vom Kunden übermittelten Daten sowie Stammdatenpflege im SystemErfassung und Aktualisierung in relevanten Systemen, regelmäßige Nachkontrolle offener Tickets und Bearbeitung der Wissensdatenbank
Qualifikationen Ihr Profil Technische Ausbildung im Bereich HKLS, Elektro oder Kältetechnik (HTL/FH) oder erfolgreich absolvierte Lehre in besagten BerufszweigenEinige Jahre Erfahrung in einem technischen Beruf in HKLS (Heizung/Klima/Lüftung/Sanitär), Kältetechnik und/oder ElektrotechnikIdealerweise Erfahrung im Kundenservice z.b. als Disponent, Support-Dienstleister und/oder Service-TechnikerQuereinsteiger mit einer hohen Affinität zu HKLS und/oder starkem Engagement und hoher LernbereitschaftLösungsorientiertes Handeln und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, auch in StresssituationenFreude am Kundenkontakt und Kommunikation, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlichTeamfähigkeit und technisches Verständnis, gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse Wir bieten Ein marktkonformes Bruttomonatsgehalt ab 2.229€ (Vollzeit)Überdurchschnittliche Überbezahlung abhängig von Qualifikation/Erfahrung möglichSpannende und abwechslungsreiche AufgabenMöglichkeit zum mobilen Arbeiten Ein tolles und kollegiales ArbeitsklimaEin sicherer, langfristiger und moderner ArbeitsplatzViele weitere attraktive Benefits Wir haben Ihr Interesse geweckt?
