IT Sales Project Implementation Specialist

Collaboration with Used Car business owner for planning and creation of business proposals with IT and/ or customer experience componentsPerform initial assessment of Used Car business proposals from IT infrastructure and customer experience perspectiveProject coordination and partner integrationSupport dedicated IT infrastructure and customer experience components of Used Car partner integrations (i.e. remarketing platform and portal; online trade-in valuation, Used Car logistics)Coordination of supplier IT, smart IT infrastructure and customer experience teamsProcess & technology testing & continuous improvementSupport Used Car specific testing of tools, internal workflows and customer journeysContinuous improvement of Used Car technology with smart IT and customer experience team as well suppliersTechnology partner liaisonSupport external Used Car technology partners post go-live during operational phase (e.g. remarketing platform)
