Our client is a globally leading life sciences company, specializing in the development and marketing of prophylactic vaccines. Approximately 300 employees from various nations drive the company's success in a growth-oriented and dynamic environment.

For a newly created position, we are looking for an ambitious and dedicated person to join the enthusiastic team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping international Compensation & Benefits programs

Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist (f/m/x)

Location: Vienna / Hybrid (Homeoffice)

YOUR FUTURE ROLE
  • Independently design, develop, and implement global compensation and benefits programs, as well as develop and maintain compensation processes
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and research to ensure market competitiveness
  • Manage the annual salary review process, including budgeting, data analysis and communication
  • Serve as a trusted contact and advisor for HR business partners and line managers on compensation matters
  • Collaborate closely with external vendors and consultants to manage employee benefits programs and participate in global HR projects, such as implementing new HR systems
  • Monitor the market and competition to identify trends and developments in compensation and benefits practices to optimize programs
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits


JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant professional experience
  • Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, ideally in an international environment
  • Experience with international compensation benchmarking, salary surveys and employee benefits programs as well as knowledge of compensation principles and market trends (Europe & USA)
  • Proactive, extroverted team player with strong communication skills and service orientation
  • Experience working with international and intercultural stakeholders
  • Strong numerical affinity& confidentiality in handling sensitive data and information
  • Structured and independent working style, as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel)
  • Excellent English skills
