Leitung komplexer und ggf. international ausgerichteter Projekte im Bereich der Fertigung (konkret: Anschaffung und Implementierung von 3 Maschinen, die für die Fertigung von diagnostischen Reagenzien nötig sind und Implementierung dieser in den Betrieb, d.h. bis zur Inbetriebnahme der Anlagen)Eigenverantwortliche Leitung des Projekts innerhalb der Vorgaben (z.B. Budget, Zeit, Funktionalität): Entwurf und Entwicklung technischer Spezifikationen und Zeitabläufe, Meilensteinpläne sowie Budgetplanungen, Koordination von Ressourcen, regelmäßige Überwachung und Bericht über den Fortschritt an alle Beteiligten, Erstellung von Projektstatusberichten, Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems (z. B. Kontrolle der Prozessabläufe / Arbeitsqualität)Gewährleistung eines interdisziplinären Risikomanagements innerhalb des Projekts, welches die relevanten Umweltfaktoren & Prozessschritte umfasst:FMEA & pFMEA, Risikoanalysen zu Investitionsprojekten & Change Projekten, Risikoanlysen mit Auswirkung auf beispielsweise Patient, Kunde, Business, etc.Gewährleistung eines professionellen "Stakeholder Managements" im definierten Verantwortungsbereich: Aufnahme von Kundenwünschen von Produktionsleitern oder anderen Stakeholdern, Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten und Dienstleistern, Kontrolle der Vertragserfüllung der beauftragten Nachunternehmen und Lieferanten, Gewährleistung des Kommunikationsmanagements im ProjektGewährleistung der Erstellung von Business Pänen zur Abschätzung von Kosten & Nutzen der jeweiligen Projekte in interdisziplinären TeamsUnterstützung und Organisation der Einhaltung der Richtlinien zur Arbeitssicherheit Projektziele: Gewährleistung der Definierung, Analyse und Kommunikation von ProjektzielenFachliche Führung der im Rahmen von Projekten zugeteilten MitarbeiterCross-funktionale und standortübergreifende Führung von komplexen, interdisziplinären & ggf. internationalen Projektteams Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Bachelor) in den Bereichen Ingenieurwesen (z.B. Wirtschaftsing.- Elekto.- Maschinenbau.- Ingenieur) (m/w/d) oder vergleichbarPM Zertifikat und Erfahrung in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) von VorteilFundierte Erfahrung in der Leitung von ProjektenGute Kenntnisse von Problemlösungstechniken (z.B.
