About the job
As a Design Engineer 3S-ADM in the RHI Magnesita global engineering team, you will help us provide best in class solutions for refractory linings of all aggregates. Directly reporting to the Head of Engineering Standards, Solutions & Services, you will be responsible for planning and creating template drawings using 2D/3D CAD programs, as well as generating 3D CAD datasets, metadata, and methods about BOMs (bills of materials) in PDM/PLM.
In addition, your tasks will include
- Acting as an interface between internal regional engineering pools and other departments for combine and deliver information
- Managing your own CAD/data projects
- Independent, goal-oriented learning, e.g. programming in CAD software

You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions, questioning and revising them if necessary. What we expect from you in terms of
Education & Skills
- Higher technical education (e.g., HTL, FH)
- Experience in CAD 2D/3D, PDM Vault (Autodesk)
- Proficient user of the MS Office package
- Programming Visual Basic (VBA), e.g. i-Logic, Lisp
Languages
- German – Proficient/Fluent
- English – Advanced
Work Experience
- First relevant professional experience (internships etc.)

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 50.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority. We will make sure to offer you a competitive salary package that values your relevant background and that's in line with market values.
