  • We're seeking a Corporate Partnerships Associate who is an excellent relationship-builder, is focused, is a reliable team player, and has a strong desire to deliver results in a high-growth environment.
  • This hybrid role's focus will be on capturing new business and accounts - once partnerships have been established the responsibility evolves to fostering servicing the partnership.
  • As the Corporate Partnerships Associate, you will be in charge of business development and the entire sales cycle, nurturing relationships with our Travel, Aviation and Smart Cities partners.
  • You will be exposed to the innovation teams and high-level executives of multinational corporate partners.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

Partner Success Management:
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders within our partner organizations to generate adoption of innovation, renewals, and new revenue opportunities.
  • Devise engagement plans that consider partner business goals, and internal organizational structures, and map products and services to achieve these goals.
  • Proactively find opportunities to create additional value for our partners by connecting them with startups or other corporates and industries.
  • Identify business development, licensing, and strategic investment opportunities for corporate partners within the Plug and Play ecosystem.
  • Prepare partnership and engagement reports for our corporate partners and showcase the achievements of the partnership.
  • Host regular sync calls with our partners and diligently take notes.
  • Diligently participate and perform various ad hoc projects and tasks as required by our corporate partners.
  • Resolve, support and/or drive escalation of client issues, coordinate key resources in the process, and assist with client issues through resolution.
  • Keep track of new trends within the Travel, Aviation and Smart Cities verticals and actively advise our corporate partners on potential growth opportunities.
Business Development:
  • Generate awareness and interest within the most influential corporations in the travel and aviation industry
  • Identify and drive account sales plans for assigned geographic territories or industries, identify key decision makers and build strong relationships
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Drive business development through thought leadership and expertise
  • Work in conjunction with the Country Director and Ventures Lead to close corporate membership contracts and allocate resources throughout the sales cycle.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals for prospects highlighting the advantages, features, and functions of Plug and Play.
  • Maintain an understanding of key industry trends and competitive issues and products
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients to identify upsell opportunities
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Strategy, Innovation, or Entrepreneurship.
  • Exceptionally strong analytical, research, and writing skills and an innate curiosity.
  • The ability to work with all levels of management is crucial.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in public speaking.
  • Good organizational, collaboration and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated work style, strong people skills, positive mindset, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a performance-driven environment.
  • Structured, proactive and independent approach to work.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills are absolutely crucial.
  • Strong interest and good understanding in all kinds of technologies.
  • Full-time working permit in Austria.
